Can you dry fire a new titanium coil build if you are in TC mode at 200 deg C before wicking. It would be to check for hot spots etc. I know that too high a temp with titanium will produce something nasty but I'm assuming dry firing in TC mode would be okay.
I'm using a new Jac Vapour 75W dna mod that I just bought because it is supposedly good at temp control.
I do have SS316 wire but I thought to use TI because its change of resistivity against temp is greater which would lead to better accuracy. I could be wrong of course....lol
Any thoughts on this please.
