There are times when I go to vape on my 901 and it sounds like it is sizzles and the blue light flashes. I have to take the battery off and put back on before it starts to vape again....very annoying. I've tried to clean the the atomizer and start again and the same thing happens, even with different atomizers. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks. I was looking at the 510's.

The 510 is what I use and I love it, it's a great little PV. I get mine at tastyvapors for 25.00 a kit, and spare parts are at the best price I've ever seen. I always suggest keeping lots of spare parts as PV's are considered consumable. JMHO

Yes, I bought extra battery, atties, carts, & drip tips for my 901. Made a huge investment that was so worth it! Haven't smoked for over 2 weeks & won't go back. I much prefer to vape!! Btw, I blew out the atty & replace my cart with a drip tip & as long as I space out my vapes, the battery isn't flashing anymore. Thanks for your advice. Next will be the 510 & I'll keep the 901 for back up. Also have the Joy302 but not a big fan.

If you have the auto 901, be careful when you drip, it could short out the battery, the are not sealed like the 510's.

If you DO get a 510 you can also buy an adapter so you can still use your 901 atties with it and not have to shelve them - I have a couple and I really like the 901 for the softer flavors. The 510 runs hot (its supposed to) and can fry some of the more delicate flavors, the 901 OTOH isnt as great for the stronger more robust flavors.
If you decide to get a 510 battery, get an eGo manual. The basic 510 battery (slim, pencil like) won't last long but the eGo lasts much longer. Its about as long as an atty with cart attached and about as wide and one n half normal 510 batts (actually a lot smaller than I thought it would be).
