I just received my DSE901 from Totally Wicked yesterday. I charged up the batteries as instructed and am using one of the carts that come with the unit. I find that I have to draw quite hard to get anything to happen and about half the time nothing does or it cuts off after a 1-2 seconds. I thought at first that it might be a battery issue so I switched to the other battery with the same results. Even on the drags that the unit seems to work I have to pull with much more force than I do on my M401 EVO that I have been using for a couple of weeks. Do I have a defective unit or do the 901's just require more sucking strenth than I possess? Really...I've been trying to get this thing to work all day and my mouth is kinda sore. I'm glad this DSE901 wasn't my first e-cig as I would still be smoking my Camels.:( Anyone else have problems with the DSE901's from TW? Also, how is Totally Wicked's customer service for problems like these?

If you can, try using a different atty, and a different cart... That's very strange.

I am using an automatic battery and in order to activate the battery and get the led to turn on I have to draw pretty hard. My M401 EVO is also an auto but doesn't require anywhere near the force. I did buy an axtra atomizer, but I am fairly certain this is a battery issue. Or maybe I just don't suck as well as the average gal. I'm glad to hear your 901 works well! Are you using a manual or auto? I'm just really disappointed in this setup!

Again, have you tried a different cart? If not, try that for sure...

My first model was a dse901 and I loved it!!! Then I started using 510's, and after a couple of months of vaping nothing but 510's, I got back to a couple of 901's attys that I had stored on my vaping box.

I don't like 901's anymore. I got used to the draw, vapor and throathit of a 510 atty, so now, everytime I try to vape from a 901 I get angry cause "I can get no satisfaction".

So the draw on a 901 is going to be harder after getting used to another model that has a light draw.
