I've been yelping at the manufaturer about that already today.

Fortunately I have protected 14500's in stock that I've been substituting for the unprotected ones until they can replace em..

I won't sell an unprotected battery regardless of the device having built in protection..

I've been poking my 905 all day on the same battery, works nice..

How are you liking your 905 so far? Nice pics btw..

Update-- Got almost 12 hours out of a 14500 battery and it still wasn't dead yet but the vapor was getting a little weak..

$80 is a nice price for the package deal but many of us have a lot of the components already (lots-o-spare 901's, batts, chargers, etc..) so just a body for 1/2 that would jingle a few bells me thinks.
