sidious....that stem will most likely work.....As for useing a clearomizer on that pipe....You would need a 510 to 510 extension.... the problem is it is a auto switch....I don't know about the picture...I would guess that is a extension.....where it came from...don't know.
Your prolbem is you need a air passage and a plus connection......But you knew that?
If it was me, and I wanted to use a clearomizer....This is what I would try.....(Will this work?...I don't know)...
Start with a:
510 connecter.....pull center pin....you wil not be useing it.....BUT SAVE!!!!
Two or
three old 510 carto's...when screwed in the pipe will be as long as the pipe shank, or longer....
When screwed in the pipe...mark flush with the shank...NOTE: the 510 connecter as a flange....
Gut a carto ....cut to length......
Pull the center pins out of two carto's.....CHECK: The rubber grommet for tears...clean the solder off the pens....you will need two.
take one pin with you to like Hobby Lobby(they have brass tubes of different sizes).....
NOTE: the pins in the carto's have a tarpered flange....try to find a tube that will fit about half down the flange.....
The tubes are about 12 inches long....this is good....mistakes happen....
Drill two holes(3/8"?) in the carto tube ....one above the male connecter....one below the 510 connecter...line your holes up to clear the connecters....This is so you can see what you are doing.....
Now take the other pin an check it agaist the pin out of the 510 connecter....file the head of the pin down about the same as it....
Put the redone pin in the 510 connecter....lay the connecter be side the cart tube...NOTE: You want the 510 connecter to be about a 1/16" long so you can jam it on for a tight fit...ruff up the pins for a good connection...
When you do this screw a old battery on the male end,and old carto(with a pin in it) to the 510 side....tap lighty....
The other things you might do: use two lenghts of heat skrink tube at either end to get a good seal.....
Now test your work with a meter....good?....fill up the holes with epoxy...hot glue....etc.or not....
Also if there room around the extension and the shank...you might make some kind of plastic bushing to take out the wiggle...
Now about that clearmizer...you need a 510 to ego adapter.....this way you can use a kanger? or take the adapter off to use a
tank or v-nova or such....
