"DSE901" Manufacturers, who makes the best?

In everyone's opinion, who makes the best mini? Sailebao (Battery has an SLB), First Union (SH battery) or someone else?

I had some issues with First Union atomizers, but the batteries seemed pretty good.. Any opinions on the issue? Would love to hear how everything stacks up
