Dual-coil cartos and an eGo

So I was really excited about these... They just don't work well on an eGo.

The first dozen drags were ok, but they fall flat on vapor and flavor after for me.

Just figured I'd post here incase anyone was considering them. I will probably keep them around for when I eventually upgrade, but am that I wasted my NLV sundance on one.

did you maybe not fill them enough? mine work great on my riva 901 with adapter. took a little while to reach full potential though

Spent about half an hour filling with 65/35. Taryn spins included. I didn't count but it was nearly 1/6th (or more) of a 10ml bottle.

hmmm weird, atleast keep tryin that one see if it breaks in. might be the juice though i tried putting some grape eliquid i got from rockstar in one and it barely had any vapor production or throat hit, all my other juices have been awesome in these

To be fair, the battery I started with was probably half dead. I switched to a fully charged batt... Little to no improvement. Top of the filler still looked moist (not soaked) but you could still see the nicquid.

I'm using one now, it takes quite a while to get it going, and I'm using a REO running 3.7 constant.

Were you using a cone? If not, try it with it on.

For me, it increased the vapor and the flavor.

i use mine without a cone, dont know the difference since i lost my cone though....

The cone traps the heat in and lets it get warmer than it will without it.

It got plenty warm before I called it quits on it :/ Tried tightening it further or loosening.. Again, worked fine for few drags then died off.

I'm using XL clear LR. It took nearly 6 hours for 2 ml of juice to soak through it.

I thought it was weak to start out, but slipping a cone over it on the REO changed it completely for the better, although I was getting a plastic taste without the cone and am still getting it.

I think these need break-in time, they aren't like my Boges that were amazing on the first hit.

they sell clear dual coils at madvapes. pretty sure theres more sites thats just the only one i know of
