dual coil questions

i just got my kraken clone in the mail and i wanted to make sure before i stick in a dual coil.
how is ohms law calculated differently for 2 or more coils? is the resistance that shows on my ohm meter not the actual resistance if i hace 2?

just to make it easy lets say you wanted to build a 2 ohm coil you would buils 2 identical 4ohm coils. when you stick them on there and tighten them down it will make a 2 ohm dual coil . so its cut by half basically . 2 identical 1 ohm coils will build and read on your ohm meter .5 ohms

ok that was my understanding and the ohm meter will read out the total for the atomizer. thanks
