Dual Coils and Squonking

Hey all

Just wondering if anybody had any tips or tricks on squonking with dual coil cartos? These are my first cartos I am using on my Reo so I am clueless to begin with!

I use the mega duals and fill it before attaching to my Woodvil. Every soo often I will give the bottle a light squeeze (just 'til I see a dab of juice at the bottom of the carto in the catch area) then keep vaping away. I have noticed that my duals don't seem to last as long on the Woodvil compared to non-feeder pv's but I haven't let that bother me much. Also, with my mega duals, I still have to top off because "squonking" won't refill them enough but I only have to do that about once a day.

I love the duals with a REO!

Blind squonking seems to work just as well on them for me as it does on standard cartos. I made sure to get the shortest dual coils I could find, not XL or XXL, as I figured the less distance juice has to flow, the easier squonking will be. The non-XL/XXL ones I got from Avid Vaper are just barely longer than the standard Boge cartos.

I agree. I got the standard dual coil cartos not the xl's. I squonk them the same as I do my boge 2.0's which is different than others. I vape quite awhile on the cartos before squonking. I seem to prefer the carto flavor and vapor when its about "half full". So I only squonk every 10 or 15 mins, but I do a deep slow bottle push while lightly drawing repeated short draws. I might do this 3 or 4 times. Of course I am guessing but this seems to keep the carto 3/4 to half full.

I did find however that the duals are too much for me. I am kinda a weakling when it comes to TH based on what I have read on the forums.

Squonk or squonking: The act (or art- it's a learned process) of pushing on the plastic bottle in a Reo to send juice into the atomizer. This term is credited to Jack Murray!!

Blind Squonk: The act of sucking gently on the drip tip as you squonk the juice...as soon as you feel pressure in your mouth (some say, when you hear a slight gurgle) let off and that should be enough juice to vape. This term is credited to Infernia!!
