Hi,
I'm having trouble getting the hang of building a dual micro coil on an IGO W. I always seem to get sub ohms, which I do NOT want, since I'm running it on an iTaste MVP 2. I've tried wrapping fewer wraps around 5/4 and 11/10, but no matter what I do I can't seem to get a resistance around 1.5. I also can't seem to find any youtube videos on this since everyone now seems to be going sub ohms. Looking for some tips on wrapping dual micro coils with 30 gauge kanthal around a 1/16 screw driver.
Thanks

I just did this very build for my friend yesterday. We found that since you want the higher ohms; we used 34 gauge wire. 6/7 wrap on a single 3mm strain of silica with 1/8th inch legs. And repeated for the other side. This came out to 1.5 ohms exactly. We also had to tap down the center post a little for the 510 connection to make contact with the mvp2
