Dual parallel question

I just broke open my piggy bank and bought a box mod off eBay for 32 dollars.

I put two brand new 25r's on the charger and they both read 3.67. After charging I put them in the box and used off and on for two days.

Put back on the charger and they were 0.02v apart. Does this indicate possible issue with my new cheapness?

.02 V difference is GOOD. No worries.
Keep them paired for the box though.
