Thank you for that. It happened again. I just finished some laborious work that needed to be done, and had to smoke during this process the last couple of days. Now things are more quiet and I can focus more on
exclusively vaping. Tomorrow I'm going to a birthday party and will only bring my vapes. Yay just received
flavours for DIY today, a flavour called Bro-nuts, and it smells good, cant wait to try it. :)

Sounds like your thinking is positive and back on track. You can do this don't let a minor setback detour you. Just get back up knock the dirt off (nasty tobacco chemicals)

Yeah, day 2 back on track now.
My list of acute negative things about smoking. 1: it smells bad. 2: it irritates my eyes. 3: I feel sick and get a headache. 4: it gives me sores in my mouth. 5: the smell around me bothers my family. 6: its friggin expensive! 7: it makes me cough when I vape

I like that you're listing these, it will help you remember them. Oh boy do I wish that first cig did that to me, but no, I have to try really hard to come up with things I DON'T like, and it's mainly "I cannot smoke just one." Ever. Me and my addiction are really clear on this, and it's saved me from many "just one" cigs over the past few months....

Ok, how long was it since you quit smoking? Just one is definitely a trap!
It sucks that they stopped selling 10-packs years ago too, since what you said earlier about having cigarettes lying around really is bad when youre trying to quit. My next big challenge is next weekend when I will have a smoker visiting me. She is allowed to smoke in my kitchen, but I will definitely tell her a lot about how wonderful vaping is :)

Yelp that is why i was telling you the longer you go without a cig, if you do slip up, it will be horrible. You just don't realize how bad it really is until you have quite for a bit and then go back. It really is a nasty unpleasant habit.

What i found works really well when confronting others is to just talk about how vaping has improved my health without directly addressing them on why they should quit smoking. We were all previous smokers and god knows we all took a beaten by society for smoking. We're sensitive to criticism understandably. So do not directly talk about them ever. Just talk about how well vaping has served you and your health oppose to smoking.

Yea, she is receptive. Her stepfather passed away recently from lung cancer. I might show her the istick pico, which I know they sell in a shop nearby.

On another note, a question: will I need to buy an ohm meter if I start using an Rda (the goon)?
I will not build my own coils from scratch, I will buy some clapton coils.
I heard that ceramic tweezers are good to have too. Im very much a noob to building, havnt even bought the goon yet.

Remind me what mod you are using. If you are using good batteries and you have a good device you don't have to have a 521 tab. I prefer using one, I don't have to worry about remembering to lower watts or turn off mod.

You can use your mod to test-fire your coils and check resistance, yes. I prefer the mini-ohms reader simply because it's far easier to build and wick on there. It's a nice stable platform, and far easier (for me) than holding the deck in my hand or screwing it onto a mod. With that said, there are many folks who are minimalists who do not own a complete coilbuilder's kit, often folks who have lots of tools already and really only need a few specialized things. I got the coilbuilder kit with the mini-ohms reader and it was fairly inexpensive on Amazon, and I'm glad I got it.

Frankly, I can use all the help I can get, and while the husband owns Every Tool in Existence (he has a mini-concrete mixer,, though he is using it to fix the house.) But, neither of us wanted me to use his tools, LOL, and I'd rather have my OWN toolkit as the husband frequently "misplaces" his, when he was helping me coil my first RTA, I had to keep a very sharp eye on him, I sometimes wonder if he'd like to bring a tool or two to bed, you know, just in case, LOL.

But, I find the coilmaster kit handy but it's certainly not essential....

Ok thanks, I might buy a 521 tab and the goon 1.5. I want a quality rda even if I use all of my october vape budget. Back on track with quitting for 4 days now, and more relaxed about the whole thing than the first time.

Also my left hand is not so handy after an old injury I have so the easier I can build the better
