The dual coils do work on a ego battery but it drains it fast and could burn it out....I love dual coils but on just an ego I would go with below if you want a cartos. Crystal Clear Vaping
I have been using the eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizers for a long time, they work just fine, my 900mah and 1000mah batteries last all day! tastes great, though it is better on higher voltage devices.

Hoosierecigsupply and litecigusa have them a lot cheaper. $1.79 eack for the Dual coil mega.
The only ones I will use are the original Smoketech for use on an Ego. Madvapes.com sells them: in fact, I believe they have the USA exclusive on these. $2.79 each and they last me over a week each at least. Hold at least 4ml of juice and perform flawlessly. You can't go wrong.
I believe these HERE are. they say Smoktech right on them They have them for $2.59. I believe they hold 4.5ML. The ones that are 1.79 are also DCC they are just called mega because they are not the standard size. Litecig sells them too but they are called XXXL and they are the exact same thing so I don't believe only Madvapes can sell them.
