Dumb Question on Charger Cases / Packs

I'm very new to all this, and I just don't understand when people or advertisements say "this charger will charge your batteries up to XX times", for example the BluCig Pack says "it will charge your batteries up to 6 times"

Does this mean that after that I need to buy a new one, or is it just that I need to recharge it after that?

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but all answers are greatly appreciated.

I bought a Joye 501, and just yesterday ordered a PCC for it, that is why I'm asking.

It means that you can recharge x number of e-cig batteries per full charge on the PCC. The PCC can be recharged just like the e-cig battery.

from my understanding, the PCC is basically just a big(ger) battery than the e cig battery. so you charge up the PCC and you can use it to charge up X amount of e cig batteries, and then the PCC will need to be recharged again.

That would depend on the mAh of the e-cig battery, and the mAh of the PCC. I would think a good set up would be a couple of hours, or less than one battery life hours.
