Got my Janty Dura-c in 2 days ago. Disapointed that I had to charge it up before I could jump in but... ok(sigh). Charged first battery for 12 hours per "Spikes" video. Got it put together and tried it out. Very poor results.
1.Very poor "vap" output.
( Looking at Parked's video on Janty's site showed "VOLUMES" of vapor.
Mine looked like a thin wisp)
2.batteries last about 15 minutes before going cold.No output, no heat on
vaporizer.
3. Carts that came with the setup seem to not last evan as long,(or short as
it were) as the batteries.

Now I realize that most of the issues with new users are self inflicted but jeezzz....
(In Tech support we call it PEBCAK)
( Problem excistes between chairback and keyboard)
Some body help me out here.
Like my Momma said.. "Where did we go wrong??!!"

all batteries have a break in period give it 3-4 days or so and it should get better

same gose with the attys, or atleast in my case, after you break them in they produce more vapor

factory carts dont last as long as refils

if you have juice just refill them. use a paper clip to push the poly fill to one side and drio juice in untill its full.

hopefully this workes for you

I think I owe Ethan at Janty an apologie. Left him a "CURT" email and he told me to send it all back.
HTML:
"Well, I say, I don't appreciate your tone. If you'd like a refund, go
ahead and send it back to the address below. We have tons of happy
customers, clearly you are not one of them. Please provide me with a
tracking number for the shipment. Once we receive it, I will issue a
refund immediately. I'll cancel your warranty request for new batteries.

You're downgrading and you don't know it. There are simply too many people that have total success with the Dura/510 for this not to be user error. If it were just one battery or one atomizer I'd leave open the possibility of faulty product.
