Easter is so close! Why is the time just taking off like a missile these days? I also live in SoCAL.. firework shows shut down my home town. Chevron refinery has a great show every 4th. Dont get me started on the traffic problems caused.

Can you see the fireworks from your house? Do you want to see them?!
We haven't gone anywhere for a long time. We can see the high ones from our yard from just outside of town and another small town close by.
We do this floating in the pool (weather permitting).
I can walk down to the Pier, and have to put up with the crowds... or I can watch from the stairwell on my floor (4th) and put up with the other people in the building doing the same thing...
LOL!!But last year I stayed in because my back was hurting, and I think it was even LOUDER than if you were right on the Pier!! Between hearing the actual fireworks, and then the delay... with it echoing off the buildings, it sounded like a War Zone!!
Some of us stand in the corner at a party and spectate. Just sayin'....Is anybody ever gonna say anything here... or are we just gonna keep posting pics??
Come to NYC and see that Macy's fireworks on the river one year. They are always great. BUT, you will be very close to everyone else...like really really close-in-a-crowd close. We scatter fast, though.I usually need to take something on the 4th...
The town I used to live in got so crazy one year, the the Police did a "sweep" of the beach on the 4th at 10pm every year after that... and where I live now, they have a FREE Fireworks show on the Pier, so all of the 'touristas' head here. I made the mistake of going somewhere else once, and the way the Police had the traffic going after it was over, I couldn't even get near my place to go home!!!

It was, and no most didn't know about it as up til this year I hadn't felt like celebrating so hadn't told anyone when it was, but it's all good, and in 3 more days is my one year of vaping which is awesome
