dvp9 batteries on kr808 charger

So i ordered 2 of these batteries as they were in the kr808 section (and i use the kr808) on eastmall.net and they do not work with my kr808 charger.
the light on my charger stayes green and the batteries never charge.
so now ill have to order your usb charger, after JUST submitting another order yesterday, and have to spend $67 as that is your minimum purchase price to ship to canada...

not really impressed.

did you read these instructions for the use of this product ????????



NOTE: YOU NEED TO HOLD THE BLACK BUTTON TO BEGIN CHARGING,

AND UNSCREW BATTERY ONCE IT IS CHARGED,

THE CHARGER WILL FIRST TEST THE BATTERY WHEN YOU ARE HOLDING DOWN THE BUTTON,

IF IT NEEDS TO BE CHARGED , THEN THE LED WILL BECOME ORANGE TILL IT IS FULLY CHARGED.

Im not using the east mall pcc, im using a standard kr808 usb charger.

Ok well the only thing I can say is that Eastmall sells the DVP9
and the DVP9 cartomizers -------
the KR808 cartomizers are compatable with this --

I dont know what else I can say about this, --
you have to talk to customer service and see if they can come with a solution,

perhaps the batteries from the 2 systems are not compatable with each others chargers --

I don't know -------- just a suggestion ------

i have messaged eastmall and they have not replied to me. the batteries should work fine with a kr808 charger as there the same batteries as others sell as kr808 batteries. im starting theres a bad batch of eastmall batteries!
i guess ill wait for some customer service, hopefully they'll get back to me someday!!!
