Hi Ed, Welcome to the ECF. The eCab oses a replaceable battery, the standard eGo c uses a non replaceable battery/button unit. They both are fairly standard eGo-c types with the same atty/tank setup, but the ecab has a propriatary connection to the atomizer(there is an ecab to 510 adaptor). I dont know enough about the eG-c slim to be of much authority here. I dont see anything by that moniker on the joyetech site Joyetech products catogeries, retail price information .If you have any other questions we will be around, just ask away. We will try to help you find what you are looking for. Good Luck. Happy vaping.

Not really an answer to your question, but are you familiar with the joye c tank systems? I have an elips c gathering dust in the closet. Imho, they are kind of a pain to deal with. My experience was messy and not a great vape. Sorry if I'm out of line. Just thought I'd offer an opinion if you're not familiar.

yep,I know about c tank, I have a ego T. the reason I was asking is the e-cab and the tornado ego c slim, is that they both use replaceable battries, a lot less money when a batt. croaks. I tried my first e-cig. and never had to have a analog again. thats after smoking 3 packs a day for 55 years.had to quit because I have COPD. I though it would be really hard, but it is easy.thank goodness.

Hi again Ed. Ater looking, they are the same unit. Its just that Totally Wicked has renamed it. I do agree with the decision to move to a device that uses replaceable batteries, after all they all eventually stop taking a charge.... at that point you just need some basic replacement battteries rather than a whole new device. The 10440 batteries that go in the eCab are fairly in expensive so thats a giant plus in my opinion, the only minus is that "new" connector that they have fitted atop it, why not just make it an eGo thread like everything else?... Oh well. Enjoy.
