Ordered from here a couple times. Always sent my items quickly and properly packaged. I recently had the wrong item shipped to me (honest mistake due to the name of the item) and contacted them. They responded quickly and politely and sent the correct item within days at no charge. I like a company that when mistakes happen, they don't try to blame or inconvenience you but just work to solve the problem. I think that when mistakes happen, you really see whether a company has good customer service or not and this place does.
