the liquid isnt really available from china any more which is a shame because thats where the cost effective stuff oiginates..

I think Jim's idea was a very good one. Order pipe-cartridges at e-cig; when they arrive put them into a big syringe, and press them empty into your own bottles. Not costing much more then when buying liquid in bottles there. And cartridges can still be ordered by express-shipping.
Aside from that: I ordered a bunch of bottles very recently, and these arrived wthout any problems. They aren't blocked from china; just you have to choose a slower shipping-way (so order them sooner); and the big bottles (30 and 50 ml) can't be sent anymore until olympics are done (but the small bottles, the 4, 8 and 10 ml ones, are still being sent, no problem).
Then there is the euro-plant, of course, though I find that too expensive to order from myself.

I bet it´s a russian importer (from China) with a summer house in Tenerife using it to give her company a more trustworthy base.
This of course doesn't mean that this company is not serious. I just don't have any experience with them.

A research on http://www.esmoke.info/ (which seems to be the same page -> same IP) turns up that the registrar is Helmut Huber in Puerto De La Cruz. So I suppose he's an ex-german (the name is at least as german as it could be) who now lives in spain but registered the domain back in germany and uses an hosting service from romania because it's cheaper.
