Just catching up on my "Deadliest Catch" episode from last week, the "Breaking Mandy" episode for anyone who is into DC) and that new cast member, the younger captain that brought his girlfriend along this trip, used to smoke up a storm in the cabin. For the first time, I just saw him using a cigalite type e-cig! Love seeing those random TV sightings. Bringing it more mainstream.

I agree, it's good to see vaping go mainstream. Perhaps the more the general population see's it the less they'll fear it. One can dream.

That's exactly why it thrills me so to see it. Of course, I just like seeing it being so "out there" on TV, but I really like the fact that the exposure could help with how non-vapers see it since all they normally get is generally negativity from media outlets.

I saw him use an e-cig one episode last season too. Looked like an ego to me, but it could have been a cigalike.

I'm always excited to see vaping in mainstream TV and film.

I haven't seen him using them before. Good to know. I also didn't know that about Matt. Good point on 'maybe because he doesn't use cigalikes like the ones BT sells-haha. Come to think of it, anytime I have seen e-cigs in any show it has been a cigalike type model. I just always figured it was because those are typically the kind people first pick up.
