I purchase 4 Kanger ProTanks , 2 in September and 2 in October, I ran the Serial numbers on the first 2 while I was waiting for the second 2 to come in and the were Counterfeit. I contacted the vendor and told them I was going to refuse the order as the tanks were Counterfeit and she was very angry and told me I was very rude, I wanted to get a refund on the first 2 tanks I bought but she wasn't going to do that because I wasn't nice enough and it was 1 week past her warranty period. The Owners name is Sandi. Sandi is who I spoke with. I did get a refund for the last 2 tanks I ordered, I just received it 2 days ago.
But I am upset that I am stuck with 2 other Counterfeit Kanger Pro Tanks, I can't even buy atomizer heads for.​

Hi Sandy,
I got my order today and I have decided not to open it, I got an email from szkanger company in reference to the other 2 tanks I bought from you and the are counterfeit The serial numbers don't check out. I do not appreciate being sent Counterfeit products. I arm returning the package you sent me and expect a full refund. As for the first 2 tanks I bought from you they are bad, (Counterfeit) and I would appreciate a refund on those as well. I wont be doing any future business with your company as I can not trust your products.

So I decided to use 1 of the Aero Tanks I got stuck with, the threading is messed up, it barley works, Used it for a couple weeks, and the atomizer head died... so I thought, put in the spare, no sizzle,, My ecig battery all 3 of the just won't work with the product.. not making the proper contact. Just plain garbage...A wasted $28.00
