E-Cig Vs Vapor Stick Vs Vaporizer

I know this is getting beyond picky but...

Why Electronic Cigarette or E-Cig? We want this to be legitamized in the community and in public as NOT to be confused with Smoking. If you say it's an electronic cigarette the first come back is "well, it's still a cigarette!"

I call mine a Vapor Stick or a Vaporizer, It gives me the simulation of smoking but it's just vaporized water. this has been alot more acceptable in wal-mart, stores, malls and so forth. Still not the poker room which sucks but then again, i got the blu for stealth vaping.

Is it just me or would you all like to see a name/description change taking the word cigartette out of the picture?

lol This thread, or a variation of it, gets started about once every week or two by new members. No offense meant there it's just amusing when you see it over and over again.

Basically though the e-cig term is what attracted many of us smokers to do more research so in that respect it is a good thing. And while you do have a point there is the fact that many wouldn't find it or look into it without that term.

There's also the fact that the term "Vaporizer" is used with other products for things that aren't tobacco and therefore wouldn't necessarily be a better term.

No matter what it is called though it will still draw fire from those against smoking just because it gives a similar appearance to smoking.
