can someone please tell me if this supplier e-cigarette china is trustworthy? Have you bought from him?
Or can somebody tell me which is the cheapest and the most trustworthy supplier?

Hi and welcome. I don't know. I know some people use Heaven-gifts.com (a Chinese site). That is probably where I would go first if I wanted to buy from China.

BTW there is a Europe subforum - once you have 5 posts/replies in New Members and wait about an hour then you can post anywhere on the board. They may have more leads on good Chinese vendors that ship internationally.

I've found healthcabin.net to be great. They aren't the absolute cheapest, but they are cheap. They have excellent customer service, and I think there's a subforum for the here.
