Good luck to those of you in the States, looks like our fabulous device may be classed as a medical product. If that happens over the pond chances are it might happen here in the UK.
Looking at the report the seller seems to be responsible and hasnt made any claims of being a no smoking product execpt in his testimonials

This is SO pathetic. The reporter has discovered electronic cigarettes and is Paul Revere to her television world. "The cigs are coming, the cigs are coming." She'll let us know when she pushes the FDA into ruling on this device. That is sad, but typical of all too many television, and some tabloid newspaper, reporters.

that was cheesy, i didn't actually watch the video till you mentioned it. it bothers me that they only report on one brand whether it is Ruyan, "Smoking Everywhere" or anything else. they need to report on the industry as a whole and quit giving them free publicity. how many people are going to rush out to buy a "Smoking Everywhere" now that this has aired and be shortly disappointed ?

Its the same with Gamucci over here who featured in pretty much every paper as "The" electronic cigarette as opposed to one heavily marketed brand of many. lazy journalism.

All newspapers are shrinking their format now. The few people that still read the thing on wood-pulp are train commuters, who don't have a dining room table to read it on. "Tabloid" is not really an insult any more - I should expect The Times to go down this road very soon.

If they regulate it here in USA, only place you will get it is at a pharmacy. Would put me out of business and many other dealers, but then again I would be able to go to my corner drugstore and pick up parts. I bet they would be triple what you pay now. Considering the patch and other nicotine products are so expensive.
