With all the impending legislation threatening vaping, I was just wondering if anyone has seen any numbers as to what the current vaping Market is worth? I know it will grow exponentially but what are the latest numbers...

I think I saw $100 Million mentioned once but this must have been for a few years ago... seems like it would be more than that.

Not looking for guesses but if anyone can find stats or articles would greatly appreciate it. I want to add it to my support material when non-vapors question my use as just a novelty or fad that is bound to burn itself out. Thinking of doing a paper on it.

If I can get a few years of numbers I can show them it's more of a movement or evolution to a better safer alternative to smoking. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated....

Thanks in advance and Happy vaping.

I call someone who vapes, ENLGHTENED. I don't think this is a fad to most of us. I turned to vaping because I did get cancer in my throat. Doctor said vaping is as close as I'm gonna get to smoking and said it was ok for me. I think as the general public becomes more aware of vaping, the money growth is going to be staggering. I almost wish I had the time for another business as the potential is very real for the future ecigg industry growth. The government will eventually tax the heck out of it.

I agree... There's no way to stop it now, but they will figure out how to tap into it some way.

Anyone have some numbers for 2008 or 2009? Still searching....
