I think those guys who own the shop are full of wishful thinking, but if the FDA regulations amounted to restrictions on sales to minors and quality control then that's something I would be very happy with.
This is a prime example where the government could be a positive force (make sure that there is no lead or whatever from e-cigs/juice imported from China) but I'm afraid, like always, they will overreach and do more harm than good to an industry that has emerged as a truly viable alternative to analog cigs.

Our industry is "self regulating"
and we don't need ANY regulations.
America today is addicted to regulations
and most will loose their minds suffering from withdrawal symptoms
