Possibly at Paradise Market on Erie Blvd East (used to be a Lowes). I buy everything online, from ECF Suppliers, due to good products, prices, fast shipping (NHaler and vapor4life delivery to Bville is within 3 business days). Haven't heard anything good on products/prices from people who've tried buying locally. A full basic KR808D-1 kit (2 batteries, charger, two initial cartomizers) can be bought online for $35 - $50, kick in another $15 for a couple of extra 5 packs of prefilled cartos to get you going.
vaporsetc is in Rochester -- I've had good luck with them, too, and gotten things in the mail the next day. Their pricing is good.

Head to Great Northern in Clay and get a kit from Unique Cigs (right in between Hot Topic & Spencers).
Libertyflights.com had Riva kits on sale for like $30 bucks, cant go wrong with that one, also grab some LR-510 Atty and your set other then juice and you will have a decent vape for sure
