NYT piece reviewed by MIT Science Tracker. I find it a fair commentary on the journalism however broke the link anyway to avoid issues.

This is one of the best descriptions I have read: "Using technology that turns nicotine-infused propylene glycol into an inhalable vapor..."

Most stories inaccurately state that the cartridge contain liquid nicotine, implying that the nicotine concentration is 100%.

Yes the Govt. and the Pleasure Police Hippies will screw this up as well.
First the Govt. will regulate it because they realize all the tax dollars
they will be losing from Big tobacco then of course the California Nazis
will jump in just because they can't stand to see anyone enjoy themselves
then of course Michael Bloomberg will outlaw them in New York.
Thank god I live in Texas!
