I have been smoking a pack a day for more than 40 years. As I started to get up in age I started to have some major health issues. I always was a hard working and busy bodied person that always seemed to keep up on physical work but always had to stop and have my tabacco cig. I smoked reg. pall malls because they were the cheapest. Before all the taxes I smoked Marlboro. I was spending about $40 a week on the garbage before I recently quit.
I started to have irregular heart beating. Mostly when I rested after hard physical work. Also when I laid down to sleep at night. It got worse very quickly to a point I was having problems breathing and a "gulping" heart beat. I was taking some colesterol medicine so I thought maybe that was the culprit. It wasn't. I was refusing to accept the fact that smoking was the cause because thats what tabacco addiction does, twist your brain to tell it "no, you can't quit. In a nutshell, what was happening to me was that the smoke left on my hands, face and clothes was the culprit. When I washed my hands and face, brushed my teeth, and removed my t-shirt, It seemed to fade as far as the irregular heart beat and breathing problems. When I smoked during the day it started to occur to me 24/7 and was getting increasingly worse fast. I have tried to quit before using nicorette, chantix, patches, lozenges, etc. but the fact that my habit of hand to mouth and the feeling of "hot-smoke" prevented me from being successful.
I like to smoke but was aware the smoke and chemicals in tabacoo was killing me. I was on the verge of emphasema and heart disease. The line I was about to step over if I had continued to smoke the pall mall garbage.
So now I smoke an e-cigarette and instead of that nasty tabacco taste, I can get the nicotine I need and smoke without the fatal consequences. This is the first time I have quit smoking with not ever having an urge for a cigarette. Thanks to all behind the creation of this amazing product.
Mt favorite juise is banana cream pie with a drop on minty juice on top. Smooth and delicious and I am having NO HEALTH PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. Save a lot of people by introducing them to these e-cigs. I'm trying to get my 3-pack a day mom to accept these before smoking takes her life away.
