Hey everybody,

I'm a huge Cigar fan and I'm trying to find a good E-Cigar out there. The only thing that Ive really been able to find that looks decent is the e-pufffer E600/E650. I can't find a whole lot of reviews though and its hard to tell if they're good quality or not just looking at the picture. I would greatly appreciate everyone's thoughts and suggestions regarding e-puffer, or any other product that you've had good experience with. Thank you!

I don't think there is a hug selection of ecigars out there. They don't tend to be too great I don't think.

Is form a top priority? Something like an ego or riva is about the same size as an ecigar, it just doesn't look like one: Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Joye eGo
Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510

The ego or riva is likely going to be better than an ecigar but I'm not speaking out of experience with an ecigar.

I don't think you'd really be able to emulate the taste of a cigar properly either. There are tobacco flavours but it's difficult to properly get a burning leaf flavour and they tend to taste like the leaf smells instead.

Good luck and sorry I couldn't be more help.

...getcha Riva from Liberty-Flights.com or a KGO(preferable) from hossierecigsupply.com and add an ego mega dual coil carto with a whistle tip and it will look pretty much like a Hav-a-Tamps...better yet, get an E-Poser from hossier and add an E-Power mega dual coil and it will be a bit larger...there ya go, instant e-cee-gar..............

Mh, I have a lot of ecigs but for what you asked for I'd really agree with madjack. I'd take the riva over the ego, or kgo over the ego. The riva and kgo are about cigar size, especially a 650mAh riva. They are 510 threaded models if you decide to get one.

For the Apollo and V2, if you really want one cigarette sized, I don't think there is better than the volt/halo g6/bloog right now. All these of these are the same inside, just different branding and therefore price. I own a volt, and it does what it's meant to. Only downside I can give it is battery life as it's smaller. Everything else I'm happy with. They are Kr808d-1 models if you decide to get one.

I have an ego but I wish I'd gone for the riva, and the kgo wasn't around yet when I got the ego. The riva is unregulated from 4.2v to 3.2v I think meaning once it's charged it's at 4.2v then goes down to around 3.2v as you use it. The ego is regulated to 3.2v so it's a cooler vape but it's a constant voltage.

If, you want form and a battery that wont go out after 2 hours or so, definately look into the ego, riva or kgo. The battery is almost the least important aspect of your ecig though. Any of those three will do alright if you have a good heating element on it.

I'd say try out some cartomisers with which ever one you decide to try out, maybe 2.0 ohm cartomisers as they'll be a decent heat and they're easy to get working. The mega dual coil cartomisers I didn't like but it could be for you. I'd definately class it as a cigar sized heating element. Too big for me haha.

For cig size, volt/bloog/halo g6, for long battery life and closer to a cigar in size, ego, riva or kgo with a couple of cartomisers. Can't go wrong with that I don't think :D

Have you guys tried out the Volcano Inferno tank kit yet? This thing looks like a vapor/battery beast.
It's an Ego-T clone. If you search Ego T on here you'll see so many woes over this unit it's not even funny DX

Would avoid at all costs. The battery is fine (it's a standard ego battery), the atomsier is just plain awful though.

I have two of these and yeah, just wouldn't recommend, ever.

I'm going to bed but I'll check up on your thread tomorrow :D hope you find something decent my man!

...there are some that really like their "T"s but at least as many who find out different when they get them and find out they are not as good as it sounds on paper...between the ego or the kgo, I would say get the kgo because it puts out a higher voltage(better vape) than the ego...having said that, I would say go for the E-Power From Smok Tech and HECS it has non-proprietary batts which cost less than 5bux to replace Vs 17 for the Kgos...I would add to that order a couple R3 5pks of 2.0 ohm low resistance cartomizers or 1.7ohm single coil XL cartomizer that will qualify your order for free shipping(a good thing) and either(Kgo/E-Power) will give you an excellent kit which will provide as close to fiddle free vaping as you can get.......
madjack:2cool:

p.s. the Kgo and E-Power will give somewhat similar vape time(edge to the E-Power) but the less expensive batts in the E-Power should have 2r3 times the lifespan of the Kgos...as with all things vape related, YMMV..........mj

T, not having any direct experience with the ones you asked about I can't really comment(except the Rivas)...However, the Rivas have as good a quality as you can get in a mass produced(in China) device...been here long enough to say the same about the KGO with confidence...also been here long enough to toss the Greensmoke or Blu to the side just based on performance and the same with the others..............

...additional thoughts...we(wife, stepdaughter, myself) started with 4 Riva kits...all 8batts are still going strong after 3.5mos using LR(1.7&2ohm) cartomizers...you will get about 1hr of vape time for each 100mah of batt capacity...I vape a moderate/heavy 4-5ml/day and was changing batts about every 6hrs with the 750mah Rivas...the Kgo will near double that...I switched to the E-Power and get 12-14 hrs of vape time(usually change batts at the 12hr point)...I got tired of changing/carrying batts for 3 changes/day and the E fixed that...the batts for the E are 5bux Vs 12-20 for Rivas/Kgos...if bought from hossierecigsupply, the Kgo and E cost the same for the kit...the E is about 1/4" fatter and almost an inch longer(than the 750mahRivas, about the same length Vs the Kgo)...it also has a nice rubberized finish...as in all things vape related, YMMV and the final choices are yours to make...I know when I started, I did a couple of weeks worth of researching/dithering and finally jumped on the bandwagon and haven't been sorry for a single choice I have made...I quit a 40yr 3ppd addiction in 5days and 14 funkarettes...best thing I have EVER done for me and my families health(and pocketbook)............

Thank you guys once again for all of your excellent advice. I hope I'm not wearing you guys out with my questions, I'm just trying to do as much research as possible so I can make a good decision. You guys have really helped me with this research. I havent heard anyone comment on the Ploom yet, is it just too knew or too different? Has anyone had any experience with the Ploom Model 1 yet?
