I've noticed that since I started my Smoketips, I have eye redness.

I normally like blowing a cloud in front of my face and hence the smoke hits my eyes and causes redness. I've since changed my smoking habit and blow away from my face.

The redness has diminished but it's still there.

I've scoured the forums regarding this and it seems that some people are allergic the PG/VG in the juice.

My question is what is it? Is it PG or VG? Or can it be caused by both?

If I find out my eye redness is caused by PG, will switching to VG cause it to disappear? and vice versa.

Also, isn't VG too think for cartomizers?

The PG is the part some people are allergic to. PG is in a lot of products people use every day, so I assume its the more concentrated stuff that causes the reactions.
VG stands for vegetable glycerin and you may have already eaten some today.
VG juices are thicker, but most hardware can take it. I've even recommended a higher VG level in mixes to people suffering from leaking problems.
Your irritation seems mild, so you may be able to vape a 30/70 mix without suffering symptoms.
Happy vape!

Hi Wicked,

Yes, it seems fairly mild, but since I work in a sales role, I can't be looking like I just took a massive hit from a (MODERATED)!!

I've got on order some highbrow juice mixed (80PG/20VG). I think this will help, but my question is that will a 100% VG based juice harm my carto like I've read in some places?

My setup is a Provari with a Whos your Daddy Tank and a SmokTech Carto. Will a 100% VG juice fubar the carto??
