Honestly it doesn't bother me, I never smoked in public because I find it rude.

in minnesota we can still vape legally as opposed to combustible tobacco all though several local governments have imposed restrictions on vaping. i will vape where ever its legal. of course i consider decorum and discretion be observed when doing so. the problem with the bans in general is that it gives the impression to the non-smoking/vaping public thats its as bad as smoking. that is why i oppose them. the old saying looks like a duck,etc... , come to mind.

not sure how they can say this stuff with a straight face

also id like to see the definition of "e-cigarette" in these laws, if they passed these laws in a panic as i surmise it may not be defined very well leaving a loophole for personal vaporizer
