you may want to look at "The Wok Buddy", "The Executive", and the "E-Freedom Pouch" - all are compact and easy to carry, although you'd have to modify it a bit to clip onto a belt. See them at E-Freedomcase.com

I just received my three cases today as well as the hand carved box that is a super deal, these cases are flat out awesome and the big one really is great it holds so many of my Ego/Riva Batts in it and looks awesome full of them and with all my juice. Only one suggestion would be to make an option for them for the reg small E-cigs or for bigger types like Ego/Riva units on the little bands that hold the E-cigs, I really wished my smaller cases help my Ego/Riva units since I don't use the little V4L E-cigs anymore. However all in all the cases are of quality and really the perfect cases in my opinion that's why I got 3 of them and that hand carved box, no more mess of E-cigs laying around anymore there all put away nice and neat in my cases.
