I'm not sure what your question is. What are you trying to do, and at which step are you getting confused? Oh, and which ejuice calculator are you using?

if you want nicotine in your juice, you have to add nicotine base in as well.
Nicotine is either PG based, VG based, or a mix like 50/50.
I use PG based nic liquid bc most of my juices I make are around 80PG/20VG.
I use the EJuice Me Up calculator and its really easy to use and works great.
Before yhou start making your own juice make sure you FULLY know what your doing. DIY is alot of fun but can be dangerous if you dont know what your doing, and frankly right now it doesnt really seem like you know what your doing. As ANY questions you have, no matter how stupid you think the question might be. Read the DIY stickies too and learn as much as you can before you start.

If I want to make 70pg/30vg and have a pg base of 48 how would I get that ratio?

I'd like to try 12mg nic and 10 mg nic unflavored for now in 10ml bottles. I'll be ordering the PG 48mgbase and VG.

OP, I do it the second way, the unflavored calculations. I make a bunch of base in my nic strength, then add flavoring. I realize it decreases the nic strength, but that's OK.
What was confusing me is getting on a website that sells the PG/VG in a nicotine form ..and other sites that sell PG/VG + a nicotine base seperate, but sat down with a friend a have got it all straight now ... thanks
Thanks swedishfish. If its 48mg and the base is PG is adding more pg necessary or just mix the VG and the PG base? I'll just experiment and try it both ways. Good thing is its so much cheaper DIY and I can learn from my mistakes.

I LOVE this calculator! It's so cool how you can calculate what the mix cost you to make. Plus it's very easy to use with just the basics I need and plenty of room for multiple flavors. Great find, thanks!
