I have an eGo xl i think, the atomizer and cone are one-piece.

My question, How often do you have to fill up the cart? ie- suppose i drop in, i dunno, 3-5 drops of ejuice, have a vap before work, 2 hours later at coffee break, I vap some more, 2 more hours, lunch/ vap, afternoon break etc...
Do I need to add drops every vap-break? or can i load it up with a whole bunch of drops and not worry for 8 hours?

You describe your atomizer and cone as one piece. In this case, you either have a Hello 016 type device or you are using a cartomizer.

Are you able to pull the cartridge off and see the inside of the atomizer? If so, you are using a cartridge and atomizer. Dripping a few drops will be enough for one satisfying break at the very most, so yes, you will need to add more each time. You should also try filling the cartridge with fluid to see if that works for you. Many people prefer dripping simply because cartridges often do not deliver enough fluid to the atty.

In the case of the cartomizer, you will not be able to see the atomizer coil because it is sealed inside. In this case, you will want to fill the cartomizer with fluid. It will likely last through all of your breaks before needing to be refilled.

i prefer build-in atomizer, easy to vape. you can also use the cartomizer for your ego, there are mego cartomizer has 500 puffs, you can puff it for a whole day.

Is it a cartridge XL or cartamizor? The standard cart I' afraid you will have to top it off every vap-break however, there is a newish cartamizor out that you could a full day from 2 or 3. That almost sounds like what you have, 1 piece.

ego , 2 pieces ego or 3 pieces ego ? if you think 3 pieces will bring the trouble for you ( refilling ) , maybe you can buy the XL cartomzier ( 2 pieces ) , it can last a long time . but maybe the price is higher than the 2 pieces ego

XL Cartomizer or Mega Cartomzier for ego ? i am not sure the exactly name , but i heard it from a friend , i also want to search a cheaper Mega Cartomzier . who knows XL Cartomizer or Mega Cartomzier ? i just know many people say " Mega Cartomzier " , why it is Mega ?
