E juice looks oily

why does my e juice look oily? Isn't then the pg what makes it oily?

I use 65%PG, never looked oily

If you are talking about small drops in the eliquid that look like a water/oil salad dressing, some flavors will tend to separate over time. I have this issue with a banana flavoring I use, and to fix it all you have to do is shake it a bit before using. If it happens in a tank, you can jiggle the tank a little. Just make sure to put a paper towel over the tank so you don't spray juice everywhere. With the flavoring I use, it isn't oil, but likes to separate for some reason. IIRC, that particular flavor is a little old, so that might be a contributing factor.

in what context do you mean oily?? WD40 is oily, and so is differential oil at 90wt. PG and VG have a higher viscosity than water and will usually have a weaker surface tension thus making it "spreadable" sticky feeling....
