A lot of the juices I try are terribly weak in the flavor department. Usually there's only a 'trace' of the flavor. When I vape, I want a mouthful (lungful) of deep, thick vapor that packs some PUNCH!

Are there any companies or flavors out there that have this kind of thing? I know that the PG/VG ratio has something to do with it, but in most cases it's not. It's like these companies skimp on the flavor liquid. they need to put more!

I've had the same problem with some juices I've tried. But there are 2 juices that stand out to me as (lungful) of flavor. Both of them coming from MtBakerVapor. First one is Sticky Bun. I ordered a 30ml bottle with I think 1 flavor shot. It smells so good but I honestly can't stand it. It is full of flavor, just too much for me. The 2nd one is Root Beer. That one taste amazing to me, but I guess you have to like the taste of root beer.

Just my 2 cents.

I agree. I just started this adventure. I first bought watermelon and blackberry both 50/50 mix. Just a trace of flavor. The liquid came clear. I had also ordered Mr.Brown tobacco flavored e juice. The liquid was darker and it has a real nice cigar taste and smell to it.

My last order was Demon Energy Drink full VG, 3 flavor shots and 24 mg nic. Hardly a hint of flavor. Also on the order was Carmel Coffee 80%VG 20% PG 18 mg nic and one flavor shot. Simply Amazing stuff. Delicious, I wish I could drink it lol. The liquid is also a little darker.

So far it seems that clear liquids dont have much flavor.

Don't know exactly where your taste(s) run.....but I found - if you like clove - the Clove WOW from Vapor4Life will get your tonsils "talking"!!;) I got some of the 36mg....let's just say this juice DOES live up to its name....WOW!!
Best advice I can offer.....try some small (sample) bottles of various juices...many vendors offer "samplers" so you can try a bunch - without emptying your wallet!! With all the juices out there, you're sure to find at LEAST a couple that will work for you!!
Keep in mind....straight VG juice tends to produce less "throat hit" than PG...but also tends to produce a bit more vapor..
Then, of course, there's PG/VG mixes (50/50, 70/30. etc.)....
The fun is in the journey....to find that elusive "Perfect Vape"!!;)
Happy (vaping) Trails!!

If the liquid is clear, don't toss them yet! Take the caps off for a couple days, and shake regularly. Then put the caps back on and shake occasionally while leaving them for a week. Try them again. If too weak. leave another week and so on. Generally the liquid will turn as the flavor develops. Meanwhile order sampler sizes to see what you like. Generally a small size (3-6 ml) will steep (or mature) fastest because its a smaller amount. Then you order the bigger sizes and do the stuff mentioned above. Ahlusion has some excellent juices and the tobaccos are excellent. Want2Vape is pretty flavorful and I've been hearing good things about naturalextractedtobacco.com too. Finally drink lots of water when vaping because there's nothing better to dull your sense of taste to "blah" than being dehydrated. Good luck!

I've read here at ECF that 100% VG (or higher percentages) tend to not have less flavor but more vapor. Higher PG ratio's are where the flavor is at......

For me, I've been using 70PG/30VG and have had reasonably good luck with flavors. 50/50 for me hasn't done it - to thick and gives a real "dry mouth" sensation. Some good & bad from eCigCharleston and most recently the Black Licorice from High Desert Vapes has been a pleasant experience. Also have a couple from a local supplier just starting up with their business has some good one's. I've been taking notes and have a list of flavors from various vendors....

As said, start with the small bottles and then by the larger bottles are you are still testing others. Keep changing things up or rotating, last thing you want is to get burnt out on a single flavor.

I've been flavor questing for a while now myself. Started on Volt auto batteries and Cartos. The Smokeless Image samplers were good. After that I tried Heather's Heavenly Vapes and didn't care much for them. Got a 50pg/50vg and the flavors all had weird after tastes and caused dry mouth really fast. I blame the 50/50 for that myself.

That being said what is really doing it for me right now is a dripping atomizer. I'm using a Phoenix Clone from Discount Vapors. I built it with a microcoil - 12 wraps of 30g Kanthal tightly together at 1.7ohm (according to my SVD) and wicked with cotton from an organic cotton ball. I can vape that on my SVD at 3.7-4.2 volts like a dream, or on my mech. Let me tell you, flavors punched me in the mouth.

I'm vaping MBV stuff exclusively right now. Hawk Sauce, Thug Juice, Banana, Wild Cherry, Double Apple, Raspberry Lemonade, Ecto Cooler, Peach, Cinnamon Red Hot, all at 70pg/30vg and 1 flavor shot. Brilliant vape, good plume and great flavor.

I used to swear by my Evods and ProTanks, and loved my AGA-T2 low res setup, but dripping puts them to shame. However there is the downside (until I save up for a Reo, at least) that you have to stop and drip every once and a while.

What hardware you are using makes a huge difference in flavor intensity. For me so far nothing tops a Reo with a rebuildable atomizer. Let us know what hardware you are using and what flavors you like.

Spot on. Hardware is crucial, what are you using currently?

Others have basically said what I'm going to say: 1) order from sites that offer extra flavor shots and allow you to customize your PG/VG ratio, 2) allow flavors to steep for a few weeks before passing judgement, 3) experiment with your gear to find settings or configurations that work well with your juices.

I use an Ego-C Twist, atomizers from Ikenvape and a 357 atomizer, plus some Boge cartos. I notice that the boge cartos definitely don't give as much of a flavor as an atomizer. It makes a weak e-juice even weaker! But that might not be the case with a stronger e-juice.

I'm going to order some small samples soon from some of the companies listed and see what happens.

If you like strong tobacco flavors, check out the aromatic line from Ahlushion.
