Just based on sheer variety, mount baker Vapor, ECBlends, and Heather's Heavenly Vapes. I'm not personally a fan of MBV juices, but they have alot of them.
Ahlusions, Good Life Vapor, and Halo may not have the largest offering, but they have alot and they're great juices as well.

My choice would be Mr. E-Liquid. Their juices are good and if you like menthol, they have an Ice Collection which is phenomenal.
Nicoticket and MBV are a couple that are on my short list to try.....after this most recent batch comes in from 3 new vendors that the wife and I decided to try. Experimentation....it's fun but can get costly. Try to find sample packs of small bottles where you can try alot for a little investment.

I can't believe no one mentioned Halo yet!
They may not have a big line of flavors, but they have complex blends that are very satisfying. Everyone finds at least one flavor good enough to be an ADV.
They certainly have lots of competition though. I'm about to try Alice In Vapeland (AIV, where ordering is a privilege, not a right ).
