We have been notified by the lawyers representing Philip Morris that we are infringing on their trademark with First Vapor Our-Boro e-liquid.
Therefore, over the next several days, we will be changing the name and logo of Our-Boro to Red tobacco.
Other names that were considered:
"Not-boro"
"Your Boro"
"Red Boro"
"Yarborough" (Salute to Cal)
and my personal favorite: "No this is not Marlboro." That one wouldn't fit on a label though
. I really do like the part about how we are using "unfair competition". I realize this is just legal-eze, but, it still made me laugh.
