I've been making a spreadsheet of all the eliquids I've ever tried. I'm sure I'm missing some but I tried to go back as far as I could, even going through the saved e-mail receipts I still had (I save all mine).

Anyway. It's listed alphabetically by vendor. The juice names in red are the ones I haven't actually tried but plan on trying in the future.
The additional fields are:

- Rating (1-5 stars)
- Category (dessert, fruity, etc)
- amount consumed (I update this whenever I get new juice)
- What atomizer I like the juice best in
- Whether or not it has menthol
- Whether or not it will crack a plastic tank

I just did this for the hell of it. I was wondering you any of you guys could think of another column that would be helpful or interesting. What would you want to know?

Here's the "view only" link if you're interested in seeing it. I've never shared a spreadsheet before so hopefully this works out.

It worked for me and it looks good. I love this idea. I might make one myself and add a "quick notes" category. Because sometimes when it has a name like green parakeet I can't remember what flavor it actually is even if its in a dessert category. lol my memory sucks.

I made this for fun because I wanted a challenge. I decided to do this because not only would I continue to use and enjoy it, but I would learn about creating spreadsheets, which is something I've never done before. It's funny that you mention the description, because One of the things that I wanted to do, was make all the names a link. When you click on it, it goes to the product page, right to where the product description is. That way you not only quickly get the information on what the flavor is, but if you wanted to order more, you're already on the page! I just haven't figured out how to do that yet, or if you even can (though I don't see why you wouldn't be able to). A feature like this might also not be available yet. The iCloud version of "Numbers" isn't complete yet. You can't even do anything with graphs yet. If you see a graph added (which I want to do) it's because I created it either on my iPhone or iPad. Not sure when they're rolling out an update.

vapbamafaye- I really thought that wouldn't happen when I posted it. I figured that even though iCloud is an Apple thing, since I made a public link and it's just a webpage in which you can't even modify, there would be no reason you wouldn't be able to access it. I'm going to have to check out exactly what the limitation is that's not letting you see it. I don't understand how a company would benefit from denying access to something public like this. If anything, it would cause me to switch to something else.

Linking it! Good thinking! I know you can create hyperlinks on spreadsheets in Google Docs and Microsoft Excel not sure about the program your using though, but I figure it's a feature that will be added eventually if it's not there now. I tried to create one yesterday using openoffice but it was a total fail lol... It's a neat idea to stay organized and I'm starting to get such a collection of ejuices that I can't keep track so I'll probably try again using Excel instead, I'm just more familiar with MSOffice. I have the link bookmarked for reference so don't take it down or I won't remember what it looked like :?: lol. The only thing I added to mine was a nic mg category because I have an array of 18 mg to 3 mg and again can't remember which is what without digging through all of them to look. Thanks again for sharing :toast:

Good looking concept. The only thing I have on mine that you don't is a price per mL column - once you start really exploring the program's capabilities you can export that to a graph as well, pbusardo-style. I also have separate columns for initial tasting and post-rest tasting a month later. It's been interesting to see how some flavors evolve and some stay just the way they initially tasted.

*EDIT - I'm working from your description, since Numbers is only supported by browsers you have to pay for (Apple really does.not.like. Mozilla).

This is an AMAZING idea, I can't believe I didn't think of that! I'm going to be adding that immediately.

I'm thinking nobody has really mastered the cloud version. I looked into Google Docs and it just looks awful (but didn't really give it much of a chance, admittedly) and the cloud versions of MSoffice you have to pay for monthly (I believe). It drives my wife nuts that I don't use Excel. This is the most common file she works with at work and she's a genius at it.

She took a statistics class and when formulas became more complex (she hated the class) she created tables that would just give her the right answer when she entered in the information. But enough about her! :)

I already had iCloud so it was free to use and it's the most aesthetically pleasing. I know that's not the point of a spread sheet but the whole reason but the whole reason I started this in the first place was because I had never used a spreadsheet and I was curious. I wanted to tinker (and still do). I'm a video editor! I don't know adult work stuff! I just know play time stuff!

LOVE this! What a great idea. I think I'll steal it :p This is a great way to keep track of all the juices you have tried and to see what ones you want to come back and reorder. Love it. Thank you for doing this. Also, I highly recommend you add The Vaping Rabbit to that list! They have some amazing flavors. My favorite right now is The Cheshire Cat. All the liquids they carry are 99.9% VG so I don't know if you're into that or not, but I love it. Also I'm fairly certain they only offer 0% and 3%. Great for dripping. Thanks again for doing this! I'm going to get started on mine now! :)

Also, I'm gonna have to make a point to try some of your five stars! It may be cool to add to the list steep time and delivery time (if you ordered any of these online). Just an idear.

Not a bad idea! I wouldn't have anything for steep time though. I don't wait. :)

There have been a couple that I was forced to come back to because of that though. I think they were the Mt. Baker Vapor ones.

Not against high VG at all, though I don't have much experience with it. Does it get really thick and does that vendor stick to high VG with all it's juices? If you end up doing the spreadsheet online, post it here! I'm still trying to understand why I'm not notified when someone comments in a thread I started. Some of the organization of settings around here really puzzles me.

It's relatively new. Basic features are still being added to it. Though there are graphs, you can't even create them online. You have to create it within your program and it will display it. You just can't edit online yet. Rather weird, but it's getting there. I liked it better than Google Docs (though their documents are awesome).

Just go to:

1. Thread Tools
2. Subscribe to the thread
3. Notification type
4. Then choose how you want to be notified (control panel only, instant email, daily digest, weekly digest
5. Folder (subscription is the default though you can setup additional folders)

Ooh, I like the additional folder part. Sometimes I save threads just because they have great information on it. Thank you!

Great way to learn a new program! That's how I learned every program I've ever used -- and I go back 30 years -- when I first began using PC's and MAC's. And yes, you can create hyperlinks in Numbers. Though I haven't used iCloud so that may not be available yet if the service is still in Beta.

I considered creating a database to keep everything "e-cigarette" related compiled in but opted for a free online program called "Evernote". That has worked out very well for me. I track everything I own, everything I'm interested in, every e-liquid I've tried, want to try, all my DIY products/batches/recipes, all my receipts, etc, etc. I no longer have 1000's of bookmarks unorganized on my MAC. They are all organized in Evernote in the appropriate place. The program allows you to assign tags and I can search the whole database for anything I'm looking for and find what I need.

I have Evernote and use it to store thoughts and ideas in note form but I didn't think they had anything for any other purpose. Yeah, iCloud is pretty limited since it's in beta, but if you have Numbers for Mac, iPhone or iPad, you can do anything and the iCloud version will display it. Unfortunately, you won't be able to edit the parts that are still in beta, so you can create a graph in numbers and it will display, but you won't be able to edit that graph in iCloud. This leaves me a little limited because I only have Numbers for iPhone so any graph you see on my spreadsheets I had to create on my phone. I'm eventually going to be getting Numbers for Mac because I'm having so much fun with it.

Do you know anything about the restrictions are for people to view it? A couple people couldn't see it and I wasn't sure if they needed iCloud for that. If so, that sucks. It's view only, so it should be put on a simple web page that anyone can access.
