I must say I do disagree that Zamplebox are trying to emulate CV or anyone else's customer service standards. They have always responded to my queries on their Private Members Lounge on Facebook almost immediately, and follow up by email within an hour. In all correspondence they make clear that the customer is their priority, and they come across as polished and professional but without being too shiny-suited-corporate.
They're accessible as a company and really want to tailor their business to benefit their customers. They're a very new business and but already listened to their customers and introduces the flavour profiling in the last 4 weeks or so. It's a work in progress, like all businesses, both the new ones (who have lots to learn) and old ones (who need to continually keep ahead of the curve).
They've been able to successfully create a non-judgmental community who shares knowledge freely, and an active Private PIF/Trade Lounge. You can cancel/reorder at any time and there's no obligation to maintain a rolling sub. Cancellation is just really straightforward (unlike some non-ejuice subscriptions I've had the misfortune to become tangled with in the past, who make it very difficult to extricate oneself from).
If they're sending 11 or 12 bottles a month (I totted mine up for this month & it came to 135mls and over $100 in value and that's not including shipping) then inevitably it's unlikely that an individual will like every single one every time, but there's the option of trading, reassessing your flavour profile, or frankly, at the value of it, giving it away or throwing it down the lavatory and you've still lost nothing.
I am aware that this is probably beginning to sound like a paid for production, but it's not - it's just my experience so far. I want as many people to be able to have access to great juice and convert from smoking ASAP and I think that all sub companies have a different niche. Personally, I get bored quite easily and love trying new flavours in all things, so I'm happy with a lucky dip - but so far their hit rate is better than my own for choosing flavours I'll like/love!
I see it like going to a restaurant and having a tasting menu : you might not know what you're gonna get, and you might not even like all of it, but if you've completed the flavour profile, you're going to like most of it a lot and you're going to find some you love.
I've not tried the other sub companies, I'm sure they're all fantastic too - the vape community generally is a great one, so of course they're gonna be good!
I understand why some people who are really rigid in their flavour profiles and not want to flex them would choose another sub other than ZB which offers a more specific profiling, and I understand why others might choose Zodist with their approach - and I totally understand why some people would be reluctant to spend their hard earned dollars on anyone else choosing for them.
What I don't get is why the negativity towards ZB in particular?
