E-Pipe for my hubby

So my hubby finally decided that perhaps he might at least try vaping, but he wants a pipe - or at least something that he doesn't have to refill very often and that has a longer battery -

He smokes a lot - more than 2 packs a day. He used to smoke a pipe and I've been looking at some of the epipes but I don't know much about them, so I'm wondering if anyone has tried/likes the epipes -- and what a good pipe would be to invest in -- any thoughts?
