E power batteries/charger question

Just got my e power and tried to charge the batts that came with it. The charger lit up green almost immediately for both batts, but they are definitely NOT charged. I stuck them in my trust fire charger instead. Anyone know if this is ok? Also, the charger that came with the kit seems a bit flimsy to me.

I have to wiggle mine around a bit to get them to make good contact. Make sure you have + on the end of charger with the LED. You might have to bend the little blade that slides, bend it up a hair towards the LED. They are a bit finicky out of the box but work fine once you get used to it.

Thanks, unloaded. I'm using my trust fire charger to charge them, and that seems to work fine.
