Hi all. Wonderful site!

I began vaping with a South Beach Deluxe kit on July 15th. I stopped smoking the afternoon of July 16th. I'd used a nic patch for a week prior, but was still smoking 4 or 5 cigs a day the whole week.

I have the 14650 mah battery e-Power (yesterday) and some delicious Kona Creme ejuice from mad vapes as of today. I haven't had but one drag from an analog since the 16th. Okay enough intro, on to the questions!

Does anyone know if there is a passthrough that can be used with my e-Power set up?
Also, I want to stay away from the clear carts, but am interested in LRs in XL sizes. Suggestions?

Also, how do I post my quit date, analogs avoided banner, please?

Thanks for the wonderful site and all the great reading. But, just so y'all know, I am going shopping about 10x more than even when I found eBay.:laugh:

Welcome again.

The e-power is 3.7 volts. The passthroughs use a battery at 3.7 volts (basically they trickle charge the battery between puffs as you vape. You vape from the battery.). Since the e-power has swappable batteries, and you use an external charger, it's easy to just swap in a whole new battery and not have that cord hanging all the time. You should have 2 or 3 batteries anyway.

That said, they could come out with an attachment that did the trickle charge inline. IDK if they would bother tho. So, to finally get to your questions:
1) nope. As of now, AFAIK, they don't make such an animal as that.
2) IDK... I'll leave the carto suggestions to the next person (atty user here mostly).
3) Many of the banners that you see are clickable. If you click on them, they take you to a site with banner info that will give you a link. You can then add that link to you sig in the "settings" page for your account (see top when logged in).
4) Shopping. Yeah..... I'll just leave that one alone ;)

Good Luck!

That's awesome that you found a good juice right out of the gates... that's a big hurdle for some people...

You can use your cartomizers or atomizers with anything threaded for a 510, which is the most popular. I like the eGo USB passthru, but any 510 passthru should work fine for you... If you want to use LR, you'll want something bigger, probably, than an eGo... You're kinda getting into mod territory. Any 510 threaded battery will work with any 510 threaded carto, clearo, tank, or whatever. The question is how well it will work as far as low res and such. Lower powered batteries don't get along well with LR... If you want to use the eGo tanks, you might need an adapter, depending on the size.

As far as the banners go, find one you like in someone's signature, click on it, and it should take you to another site where you can create your own. I think you might need a few more posts before you're allowed a signature, though... Not sure what the number is, something like 15 comes to mind...

It's easy to spend a small fortune... I'd suggest you go ahead and get a ProVari, Darwin, or some other quality mod and save yourself the money of going through inferior batteries! The whole saving money angle is kind of a myth for most of us... It can be cheaper, but this becomes a hobby, at least for those that hang around here.

Welcome aboard! Glad to have you!

AttyPops would know way better than I would... It looks like the ePower is an eGo-like device with a swappable battery (very cool, by the way), and I saw it comes with 510 stuff, so it's 510 threaded... I assume you're looking for a passthrough battery that will work with your existing cartos and such? If so, then you should be fine with a 510 passthrough. As far as making the e-power into a passthru, I think you're out of luck at the moment...

AttyPops, is there something I don't know about these? Like the dreaded Blu-type reverse polarity garbage?

Thank you. I should read more of the "newbies read here" and less of the 1000s of others regarding Deals. Okay, so now I know how to get a banner when I've posted enough to have the 'edit signature' option.

Yes, AttyPops, I have a few batteries charged already. They last so much longer than the first kit's batteries that I likely won't need a passthrough. I was considering a charger for the car, but I don't take it on trips and have no cigarette lighter on the bike.

I'll be sure and check out ProVari and Darwin, just in case though, Wil.

As of now, my head is swimming from all the info on this site! WOW!
Thanks, y'all. I'll check back in tomorrow. Count on it, as my addiction factor and curiosity rather demands it.
