Wow!....just Wow! Like my E-Power for sure.

I own so many things it's ridiculous and have made a hundred mods so I have some reference. Bought my first in 2009 which was The Copper. What a tank! Still have it and its a good piece.

I own things like Chucks that I used maybe a day. (need to sell those),indulgences and box mods of all kinds, and homemade variable voltage passthroughs.

  • My E-Power puts out 4+ volts all day long

  • Its the right size for an all day or more battery (not too big)

  • It looks and feels really nice

  • Just enough bigger than an ego that it is "more cigar-like"

  • Batteries-Love replaceable batteries
The switch is so freakin much better than anything else. I don't really need the switch/button protector because it has very little potential to actually go off in my pocket. In fact I wished I had left it off all along because it has a tendency to scratch up the switch housing.

The button is small with just about the right amount of pressure needed and it seems to be very moisture resistant.

All the threads seem clean and solidly died. The fit and finish are excellent and this is always a consideration on many of the products that come out in this industry. Many times the fit and finish are the last items to be paid attention to.

This is after two weeks of use so I will give a further review later on. We will see how the switch and other parts hold up. But this is the reason I got the E-Power because it has easily replaceable parts.

So, so far I'm very happy with it my only complaint is that I scratched up the switch housing with the button protector.

So what I want for my E-Power is some kind of tank system. I currently have a clearomizer which really works well but I want something that holds say 1.8 mL or more. Preferably something that would fit with the cone but that's not necessary. I could do without the cone. What I want is a tank that would fit with other 510 Cartos. I would consider some kind of combination tank and Carto like the clearomizer.

Can someone please suggest me something? Ideally it would just be a 2 plus milliliter tank that fits on a 510 Carto.

Thank you.

Stay tuned - I think some new stuff coming soon but in the mean time you should check out the maximizer. 3.7ml I think, based on ce2 but not replaceable. If your into modding them you can get some prerelease units on clearance. You will need an adapter to fit the epower or you can take it apart and cut the bottom so it fits without the adapter.

The NoEgo 14500/14650 has an adaptor kit for tanks. I saw in a different thread that the NoEgo is a rebadged E-Power but I'm not 100% sure of that, worth checking into though.

3 ml tank with a LR boge cart might be what the doctor orders

If you just want ~2 ml, the XL fluxomizer clears or black/stainless cartos hold about 1.8 ml (clearos maybe a little less because of the new thicker tubes) and they should work with the cone. Any other "tank" by it's nature, more than likely won't work with the cone because of the larger diameter. Even an XL with a syringe tube mod won't work unless you cut the cone down.

Great thanks for the suggestions. I'm leaning toward the fluxomizer/clearomizers. I deally I would have some kind of cart that I could fill and use with standard $2-3 510 cartomizers but I havn't seen anything yet.

I guess when I wrote "tank system" I meant something a little more sleek. I had forgotten about the big wide tanks.

I absolutely don't want any proprietary atomizers. GotVapes has some real nice looking pieces though.

XL and short ce2 are same diameter. The metal ones should work fine with the cone but the newer clear ones prolly not. I have used my epower with a tank and the cone buy using the extension inside the cone. I also had 510 to 808 adapter on there too so you would need the extension and a 510 to 510 adapter to bring the connection out to the end of the cone. Makes it pretty long though...

I agree with your review of the E-Power.

I loved that thing!!!

I had the same problem with the switch protector getting pushed up on the cone and scratching off the paint.

-- As you said,"In fact I wished I had left it off all along because it has a tendency to scratch up the switch housing" --

I wish I had never used it either.

The E-power has been my main vapor unit for about 2 months.

But...

One of the batteries just died yesterday and doesn't hold a charge anymore.

The switch just blinks now, with the other fully charged battery.

It was a real nice kit, but if this is the average life span of this unit and batteries, I would advise getting something-else.

In the near future the e-Power will be avalable with an auto-switch and, because a PCB is already incorporated in the e-Power a variable voltage switch with a voltage indicator thumb wheel is in the works.
how far in the works are you guys.
Honestly I want this but with Cartos not attys. and minus the voltage indicator?
In the market and look hard....
