E1-V, in Europe or low international shipping rates?

Ordered several different clearos, I'm a bit of a try-em-all kind of a guy. However, couldn't find the E1-V for a reasonable shipping cost. I already stacked up on the others, so I don't think I could gather up more than about $25 worth of an order.

But where from? I would think that Europe would be my best bet.

Is the E1-V a Gotvapes special, or was my question otherwise inappropriate?

Still dwelling on this. Please help me understand. Seems that everybody comparing the E1-V to Vivi Nova Mini says the E1-V is better.

If it is better, how come it is not available from anywhere else than Discountvapers (not Gotvapes as I mistakenly wrote in the earlier post)?
