I scored it a 4.5 on my personal tastes.
It was my first use of FA Banana. Tpa Banana at the time was just a smidgen greener tasting to me. I probably shoulnt have used greener. This is an edit. Think of 2 ripe bananas side by side. One is firmer in pulp than the other, but both are ripe, ready to eat.
A nuance of pear.
