What is the easiest way to try juices before you commit to filling a whole tank? I read somewhere that you can use a dripping atomizer? If so which ones would you recommend? I looked for one and I got totally confused like they had 510, rebuildable....I know nothing about any of that. I am currently using a provari with a nautilus tank for my all day set up but would like to try other flavors or combinations of flavors to find some variety because I am kind of getting tired of the same menthol/watermelon/sweet cream concoction I made up. My current all day vape is Halo Sub zero 1/3 and Watermelon 1/3 from a local vapor store and 1/3 sweet cream from Mt Baker vapor with some sweetener added to the mix. I have a bunch of ejuice I want to try and salvage by mixing some of them together because I am not crazy about some of them.

Thanks in Advance

If the atomizer is for taste testing only then pretty much any of them will work. The 510 is referring to the connection (the section with threads on it.) You mentioned you use a Provari so you would need something with a 510 connection on it. Anything other than something with a 510 connection on it will require an adapter, ex. 510 to 306 adapter.

A "Rebuildable" requires you to make/build your own coils and wick. I would not suggest a rebuildable unless you are willing to invest the time into learning some pretty simple things that you need to know in order to stay safe. If you are wanting to get into rebuildables let me know and I will share some links with you on batter safety, ohm law and the likes.

Check out the HH.357 Cisco Spec Hybrid 510 Atomizer - Avid Vaper I have seen many suggest it for taste testing juices but I do not have one so I can not comment on if it is any good or not.

to ecf 1Wanna5ing. Glad you're here. My first little dripper was the igo-L. So easy to use for even a beginner. After I started DIY it still comes in handy to use for flavor testing. I just bought the clone at Fasttech for $7 but it is still one of my favorite rebuildables. Here is a link to a thread that I use to check all the time for some good deals.

Good luck to you and happy vaping.

the Igo will work nicely for tasting, you just need to remember to change the wick each new flavor you taste.

otherwise if you dont want to muck about with changing out your wick each flavor you can go with something like this. There is no wick, just a bit of mesh, and an atomizer. When you are done tasting a flavor you just rinse it out and let it dry.

510 Bridgeless Atomizer - Stainless - 2.0ohm

KP Long Barrel Unsealed Atomizer - Kidney Puncher

I also would of suggest the A6 or A7 family of rebuildable atomizers... but your little IGO will also work just as well (and grow with you better than the A6/7s).

Building coils for use on the Provari there is very little risk involved as long as you keep the ohms above 1.2. The risks come into play when you start sub ohming. Then you have to make sure that your battery is capable of handling the build you are using it with.

Check out this blog when you get a chance. E-Cigarette Forum - Baditude - Blogs It has a lot of good info for beginners in it.

I would highly recommend a simple wickless bridgeless 510 dripping atty. Simply screw it into your mod, drip in a few drops, vape, then burn off excess and repeat with new flavor. You'll have minimal flavor bleed over and you won't have to rewick between every flavor. They work great, tried and true. Just make sure it is wickless and bridgeless for best results.

Thanks so much! I also ordered a couple of these too. The reason I ordered the other one is I know myself and I will probably get all up in the dripping stuff eventually and trying to avoid spending money on something then stepping up to better gear later like I did when I started doing this last November. There is a lot to learn about all of this but I am researching it in depth and I promise I will be careful...thanks again! Y'all are awesome!

I'm finding that one taste of a new flavor doesn't always do it justice. Inexpensive clearos give you the chance try things over time, and mix things up as you go. When something is definitely not working you dump about one ml of juice, clean the tank, recoil if necessary, and move on. I have about a dozen tanks that I rotate through.
