hello there friend. saw your post a lil bit late. if you're located in Kuching there are plenty of sellers there. vaping scene in Kch in quite vast. head to Vapors7 group on facebook.

To my knowledge, In East Malaysia particularly, there aren't many sellers with a proper business establishment (e.g. business shoplots, website, etc.) - the exception to this are very few. I agree with zyul, Your best bet would be to search them out through social network sites as they're more active there apart from dealing business real time.
